Paint!

We have paint color on the living and dining (and kitchen- but I didn't get pics) walls!

Please ignore the floors. (being refinished), and junk in the rooms. Also- ignore where the wall meets the ceiling. The mess will be hidden by crown molding!

The house

I can't believe I am going on my third day without documenting progress on the house! That is because I haven't had time to go. Nia and I have been keeping ourselves busy and enjoying this sunshine and mild weather we have been having.

Sierra continues to work until very late every night. He is amazing and loves this house already. My dad Is there working quite a bit. We have a great family who rallies for us for sure!!

Here are some inspiration photos that "keep me going" (aka able to stay at my parents a few more weeks)

1. Exterior color inspiration

2. Color inspiration (we are using this color in many rooms) it is Benjamin moores revere pewter

The remaining are just detail/decor inspiration photos

Today's progress

Electrician there (it will take 2 weeks for Dana and his crew to complete the wiring as we are completely wiring the entire home...nothing stayed)

Sheet rockers there doing all walls and ceilings.

More trees down today.

God bless my dad for being there all day and night working on every single thing.

My brother and Matt have been there the past few nights working on the heating and plumbing (removing radiators, capping off copper pipes in the basement)

Today the Plummer (Matt Cameron) is there replacing all water valves inside and out as well as installing the new bathroom. He also replaces the crummy looking exterior water faucets.

Next up:
roof this weekend
Huuuge pine tree down when the tree company gets its largest Crane truck repaired.
Kitchen cabinets and appliances ...(and plummed for dishwasher and fridge water/ice maker...that's a must for me)

Putting a line in to accommodate a gas range and running a line do our grill on the deck will run off it, instead of a little propane tank

Finishing basement

Exterior paint and new trim
New basement windows
Etc etc

We have at least a years worth of work on this yard.

It's taking lots of primer according to our paint guys. Remember that bluuuuue bedroom?!?
